You can say I couldn't stop driving the car haha, I mean what do you expect! Got everything fitted again correctly inside and out, it feels bloody amazing! I need to get about 1000km on the clock, driving in all sorts of conditions.. traffic, cruising, highway, small hits here and there.

So a few nights afterwards we went for a nice old pac cruise.

About a month has past of me running in the Civic, she has been flawless, absolutely AMAZING to drive. But it's now time for the final tune. I flushed out the run in engine oil and topped it up with some Penrite 10w40 and went back to Toys Garage.

One thing I had bought prior was some H22A high impedance injectors, as after Toy did the run in tune he said the OEM injectors were already maxing out then, and to get the high impedance ones as I'm not running the resistor box. Found some locally and Toy installed them when I went back for final tune after 1200km. Had to change injector plugs to suit the new injectors.

The tune went well, made 134.5kw, 8300 rpm limiter, launch control set to 4900. I asked if it was okay to sit in the car whilst he did the tune so I could see what went on and he was happy for that. He talked me through a few things he was doing which was great to get that knowledge and info from him. I'm very happy with the final tune. I'll post a video of the dyno run below.

Once final tune was done, I was able to put the red factory rocker cover on now, as the cam gears had been adjusted accordingly. On that topic, he pretty much set them to 0 like a standard cam gear as it didn't really need much adjustment.

Looks much better, especially in the white engine bay. Also fabbed up a quick alloy sheet pod filter box cover so the popo won't get mad! By fabbed, I mean a quick CAD (Cardboard Aided Design), cut some alloy sheet metal and bent it on the corner of the house brick work, ez.

What a beautiful engine bay, I've dreamt of this for so long, final tune is now done, time to have some fun!
