I've collabed the whole exhaust building and part collection into 1 post. I started on the 30/6/2016 and finised it on the 17/7/2016, doing it bit by bit around work and studies.

Bought PLM TA headers from JDMYard

Ordered a 100 cel cat, resonator and muffler, all 2.5". All turned up fairly quickly too! Got the day off so I'll go buy some 2.5" straight piping and some 90 degrees bends, enjoy!

Started welding the header flange > cat > straight pipe > reso > rear S bend to go around the fuel tank. A friend gave me an already made S piece which I then joined onto the section after the resonator.

Few weeks later I continued on welding up the rest of my exhaust, got the mid section hanger on, and then started cutting up 2 90 degree bends I had to jump the system over the rear axle. Unfortunately I need 1 more 90 degree bend so I had to stop where I was, but pre much this is what I got up to, its ready to drop down just after the axle

Need to clean up few of the welds and then spray black heat paint on to finish it off.

Then continuing on with the muffler section for after the axle.

And the rear section completely finished!
