This week we finally moved into our own place! My partner and I purchased a house over the 2020 Xmas/New Year and finally got the keys on the 12/2/21. It's been a long 2 months going through with the purchase of this, a lot of stress with banks being absolutely useless, but we finally got there.

It's a really good space for car activities. Theres a nice big car port out the front to protect the dailies from the weather, then the single car garage drives through to the back yard. We have this huge pergola which for now will be the 'workshop' area, and eventually plan to build a shed behind the house on the left to house a hoist and all the workshop goodies.

For now I have this small shed up the back corner which will be used for storage on all the car parts. We bought some shelving which was perfect to organise and make space for more junk. In time I've separated everything into categories and marked boxes so I know where things are across all the cars.

We even have a small closet inside which is "The Vault" which keeps all the rare and clean Honda goodies. This is a lot more full now (March 2023).

So what does all this mean for the maroon wagon? Well I still need to priorities the race car, the blue wagon only drove twice and it's starting to struggle a lot due to the carbs. Just before buying the place I bought a $200 Concerto from a friend for a EFI swap which will go into the blue wagon.

I don't want to, but the maroon wagon will have to sit in it's corner here and pretty much wait until the time comes. I really want to take my time with it to make it perfect, ideally in the future shed with a hoist, where it's closed off from all elements as the pergola here is still opened as you can see.
